02/15/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Found plywood off the door and people were found people inside the house. They stated that they are cleaning the property. Did call the owner and she talk to the son about leaving the house. The house will be secured by 5:00 PM. RV.
01/16/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The electrical has still not been placed back on. The plywood on the front door has been removed and the posting is still on. Did find 2-people in the house and were sleeping. Did call T.P.D. and was not able to get them on site. Did call another inspector to the site to check the interior and saw no progress. Did check the openings and all are secured. The 2-people will remain on the property due to they are going to continue to clean. Will check the site in 1-hour. RV.

12/30/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did make contact with the owner of the property and let her know what happened to the property. The owner will work on the issues on the elctrical, the hoarding and getting the electical back on. She was aware of the amount of the storage in the house. RV.
