Arrived and the units still on site and has exposed electrial of made up boxes and bare wires not protected, has light fixtures that are not mounted properly and exposing some of the wiring or are hanging from the wires, has wires added to existing wires for added lighting or added items that are in need of electrical through out. Has no clear path to doors and windows with doors being blocked and not allowing access to exist to the exterior of the house if required for rapid exiting in the event of an emergency, lacking smoke detectors through out, the interior is being remodled through out, the bathroom have been filled with storage and hard to get to, the exterior of the property is hard to get around due to th amount of storage, trash and debris as the interior you have to climb over items to get through. The property is being condemned, the electrical is being removed at the meter. The person staying in the home has been remove and not able to find anyone to secured the house. Called Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured.
