05/29/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met the owner on site and was working on the exterior spreading rocks for the landscape. The PVC pipe has been removed that was added to the laundry room area. The cooler on the roof has been removed and have added an AC package unit on the roof. The gas furnace has been removed from the room on the ground by the water heater. The water heater has been repaired. Did let the owner know that no permits have been issued for the added work and is required before the case can be closed. The interior of the house has been cleaned up. Will check in 15 days. RV.
03/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured and still being worked on. Still working on the plumbing permit for the water heater and the furnace with the new water lines. The electrical is almost completed. Will check in 30 days. RV.
01/31/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and secured. The permit for the electrical has been issued and no inspection have been done. T18El00003 issued on 1-11-18. Did find a note that the other permits are still pending. Will check in 30 days. RV.
01/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner on site and the house is vacant and secured. Did look at the house and found grounded outlets mixed with double prong outlets. The house appears to be on a 2-wire system and the grounded outlets tested with a open ground. The owner will be doing a upgrade on the main disconnect and will check the outlets if going to change to double prong outlets. Lacking smoke detectors and GFCI in the kitchen and bathrooms. Did go over the permits and the owner will be calling a general contractor to get the permit and do the work. Will do the N.O.V. RV.
