No one on site and the house appears to be vacant. Was able to look around and found on the exterior at the main disconnect double and triple lugging, new water heater installed with the gas furnace. The furnace appears to be worked on due to the wires were hanging and the front panel is not connected. Has PVC pipes added under the overhang in the rear of the house for hot and cold water and has no pipe insulation and the pipes are sagging. Where the water heater and furcace are located, has holes in the drywall. Called and left a message for the owner to call. RV. |
