01/04/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received call from Ward 5 that a cleaning crew on site. Did go to the site and the alley was being cleaned at this time. The property had a pile of trash and debris in the front of the house that was removed from the property and was blocking the sidewalk and going into the street. The agency wanted permission to have the pile removed. Did talk to the relatives of the owner and they gave permission to have the trash and debris removed from the property. While on the property found 2-people on the property in the metal cargo trailer in the rear of the property. They were removed and the doors were re-secured with new plywood. All the posting have been removed and were reposted. RV.
12/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The tents have been removed and only the metal frame exists. All the items that were piled in the rear yard has been removed from the property. The front gate has a chain and lock and had to enter the rear gate to check the property. Will do N.O.V. RV.
