Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

Has tents in the rear yard where also people are staying. The house has been secured with plywood on all the openings and posted Do Not Enter on the front and rear of the house. Did find people on the property and they were asked to leave and will come back to remove the items they own off the property in the morning tomorrow. Will do N.O.V. RV.
12/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The tents have been removed and only the metal frame exists. All the items that were piled in the rear yard has been removed from the property. The front gate has a chain and lock and had to enter the rear gate to check the property. Will do N.O.V. RV.
