Arrived on site and met with tenant at the property. States odor and maintenance person came in last Friday and did all the work. Bombs or put into the unit for the bugs cabinet in the kitchen was fixed new refrigerator and new dishwasher we're also done. Broken windows in living room and in kitchen area were replaced as well as bedroom area. At this point will move to close out case |
