Bedroom needs caulk on window to seal it. Front door with seal that needs to be re- attached. Dead roaches seen under kitchen sink and cabinets in kitchen. Called and spoke to owner who was on her way to the property. Met with owner and tenant and walk through the violations. It was agreed between both parties that this Friday at 10 they would start the work for the Exterminator and the front door maint would look at Dish Washer and exchange out the refrigerator. By next Friday she would have all of the windows taken care of or at least a date as to when that would happen. Information exchanged and will follow up next week on this case. Will not give an official notice of violation AZ owner was on site and walk through the violation and would handle it in 2 days |

Bombs or put into the unit for the bugs cabinet in the kitchen was fixed new refrigerator and new dishwasher we're also done.
