Was called by communication that T.P.D. on site with a child care home and has electrical and plumbing issues. Arrived and the units were still on site and has the group home with issues through out. The exterior has stucco that is loose on the adobe walls, broken window, has gray water and has puddles on both sides of the building with solids. The interior has no GFCI's in bathrooms and the kitchen, has 3-prong outlets and testing with reverse wiring, sinks are plugged up, loose fauscets, smoke detectors not working or missing, closet doors missing, shelf and rods missing, light fixtures loose, doors are broken or have holes in the doors, the bathroom sinks are backed up, toilets are not working properly, cranks missing or broken on casement windows, the wood double hung window have some broken or not able to open, shut off valves are lacking the handles or not operable for the water under the sinks, has a conduit that was added and not connected to the wall and laying on the ground for the dryer, the flooring is missing or loose in areas, termites, new AC with gas furnace and water heater with out permits and other issues in the rear of the garage and a storage room for the goats. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
