10/10/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH NANCY ON SITE WALKED ALL 3 UNITS IN THE BUILDING. FOUND NO EVIDENCE THAT THE 2 UNITS HAD BEEN SUBDIVIDED FROM ANY OTHER TYPE OF STRUCTURE. ALL ROOMS HAD PROPER EXITING, SPOKE WITH TENNANTS WHO STATED ALL OUTLETS WORK, OUTLETS WERE PROPERLY SPACED IN THE ROOMS, EACH TENNANT HAD MINOR ISSUES, MISSING GLOBES, DOORS NEEDING ADJUSTING ETC.. NANCY TOOK NOTES AND STATED ALL ISSUES COULD BE ABATED BY THE FOLLOWING WEEK FOR ALL THREE UNITS.
INFORMED NANCY THAT WE WOULD BE CONDEMING UNIT 19 FOR LACK OF EXITING. AS UNIT LACKED EXITS IN THREE OF THE ROOMS. OCCUPANT STATED SHE WAS MOVING TO HER SISTERS BUT WOULD REQUIRE TIME, OCCUPANT HAS STARTED PROCESS OF BOXING UP BELONGINGS . I INFORMED HER SHE COULD BE IN THE UNIT MOVING OUT DURING THE DAY NOT AT NIGHT. UNIT WAS POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. NOV ISSUED TO MANAGER NANCY FOR UNIT 19 . NANCY PREFFERED THE FRONT LOCK ON THE DOOR BE CHANGED SO THAT OCCUPANT WOULD MAKE ARRAGEMENTS TO ENTER THRU MANAGEMENT. LOCK WOULD BE CHANGED SAME DAY .
SPOKE WITH RICK S WHO INFORMED ME CASE COULD BE CLOSED PER ADMINISTRATOR. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
