Arrived on site and met with the mananger who explained the situation as TPD was on site aswell for the same unit. Manager states the valve stems under bathroom sink were cut by pliers and by shutting the water to the unit cuts off 8 units from water until the work is done aprox 1:30 to repair and has to give the 8 units a 24hr notice to do so, and was in the process of doing so. A/C wall unit on and blowing cold in unit but tenant leaves the door open as it was while i was there. Will do the repairs on Thursday and will follow up with the mananger. Tenant was advised of the process but seemed out of it |
