Received call from Joesph in the office and has a property with out electrical. Arrived and no one home and did make contact with the owner and she was going to come to the property. The owner did show to the property and signed the paperwork. Did do the posting on the front and side of the mobile home. The electrical is off due to lack of payment and the gas meter is pinned. The owner is in the process of evicting the tenant out of the mobile home at this time and has a hearing on 9-11-17. The gas meter is pinned and appears that the mobile home is all electric. The neighbors stated that he was there and left. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
