Arrived and no one home and did make contact with the owner and she was going to come to the property. The owner did show to the property and signed the paperwork. Did do the posting on the front and side of the mobile home. The electrical is off due to lack of payment and the gas meter is pinned. The owner is in the process of evicting the tenant out of the mobile home at this time and has a hearing on 9-11-17. The gas meter is pinned and appears that the mobile home is all electric. The neighbors stated that he was there and left. Will check in 5 days. RV.
09/15/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The mobile home is vacant and secured. The postings are still in placed. Have talk to the owner and the tenant is in the process of moving out. He has one more load to have the unit cleared. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
