Office called and has T.P.D. on site with a blown off roof and work being done with out permits. Arrived and did find where the roof covering has blown off the roof and the repairs have been done and covered with a tarp. There is electrical that has been damaged and has wire nuts on the wires that are exposed. Some of the conduits are bent and not secured property and have wires holding the conduit from falling. Did walk the property and found where the main electrical service has been tripled lugged. Found where some the beam supports are rotted and not bearing properly and have temporary supports added to hole the beam supports on porches and the buildings. Did talk to the manager and the owners and the contractor did show to go over on what needs to be done on the entire property. They do have an architect already working on the drawings and waiting for the money to start the work and get the permit. Everything that was discussed has been placed on the plans to have approval. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
