Arrived on site and knocked on unit #23 however no answer, called tenant and his is out of town but did speak with him. Nothing has been done from Managers side, called and spoke to Michael Herrideria who stated he would look into issues but thought allwas taken care of. He will check to see if there are any outstanding work orders and speak to maint man and teant. Will follow up early next week |
