Arrived on site for initial inspection. Found on second floor by staircase by unit 30 crumbling walkway. Made entry into Unit 23 where occupant showed me leaky faucet to Kitchen bathroom faucet and shower faucets. Shower door railing needed to be cleared out. Both smoke detectors hallway and bedroom not operational. Bedroom window had a crack in it by ADB mark and weatherstripping has been pulled back on the corners allowing moisture to come in.. spoke to manager John on site will make sure the smoke detectors are operational today. Will move to notice of violation for the rest of violations |
