Did call the manager of the complex and the unit on the roof has broken and has to be replaced. The company doing the work has it scheduled for Monday to be installed. The maintenance has placed a portable unit in the living room and the temp. of the unit is 57 degrees coming out and the room temp. is 78 to 79 degrees. The company did tell the management that if they get a cancellation, that they with do the unit at that time. Did talk to the tenant and she was aware ot the time frame on the replacement of the AC unit on the roof. I did ask the management if they had another unit on the property and they have another unit but not furnished. They are able to got to a vacant unit that has cooling and the tenant has refused. I did talk to the tenant about the vacant unit and she was going to check into it. Will check on Monday on the install. RV. |
