Did do an inspection and found the roof leaks in the kitchen where the ceiling has been removed, vents are missing or loose, light switches are missing in boxes, cover plates are missing, globes are missing, side door screwed shut, steps are lacking for the side door, lacking smoke detectors, holes in the walls, no gas to the mobile home, no hot water, light fixtures lacking in the kitchen area and other issues. The mobile home was condemned due to the roof leak, exposed wiring, and the roof leak is so bad the buckets are used to catch the water when it rains. Arcaiden Industries called to the property to have the mobile home secured on all openings with plywood. RV. |
