Arrived and the units still putting out hot spots and checking for fires on the roof. All the electrical was turned off at the disconnects and will be checking to have the power turned back on to units not involved in the fire. Did request an electrician come to the site due to the units on both side has damage and not sure on the electrical on how it's fed to the panels in the units. The unit is a total lost and will be condemned. The management gave permission to have the property secured once the investigation was completed for cause of the fire. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings secured with plywood. Secured the rear of the building and the front of the building. Did do the posting of Do not Enter on front and rear of the building. One of the members of the board was on site and signed the paperwork. The paperwork will be taken to the office and given to the management. Took pictures and once secured left the site. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
