EXTERIOR INSPECTION OF BUILDING 4, THIS BUILDING IS A 2 STORY BUILDING WITH 12 UNITS. THE BUILDING IS A CMU TYPE BUILDING. . THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING HAS AN OPEN PORCH WITH A STEEL FRAMED STAIRCASE WITH CONCRETE STEPS. THE REAR OF THE BUILDING HAS A WOOD FRAMED REAR CANTILEVER BALCONY WITH DECKING BOARDS AND A METAL RAILING. THIS WAS A VISUAL INSPECTION FROM THE GROUND FLOOR. BELOW ARE THE CODE VIOLATIONS

FRONT OF THE BUILDING

DECKING BOARDS AND THE PLYWOOD HAVE DETERIORATED AND ARE DAMAGED DUE TO WOOD ROT.
THERE IS ADDED HARDWARE TO THE WOOD BEAMS DUE TO BEAM POCKETS, EITHER BROKEN OR MISSING BLOCK.
METAL RAILINGS HAS MISSING HARDWARE, PORTIONS OF THE RAILING HAVE EXCESSIVE RUST. THE ARE AREAS OF THE RAILING WHICH HAVE RUST HOLES IN THE POSTS AND BALUSTERS, SOME OF THE RAILINGS ARE NOT ATTACHED OR LOOSE IN SOME AREAS.
THE FRAMED METAL STAIRCASE HAS SEVERE RUST IN AREAS WHICH SUPPORTS THE CONCRETE STEPS.

REAR OF THE BUILDING
THE BALCONIES HAVE HEAVY DETERIORATION AND WOOD ROT DAMAGE TO THE DECKING BOARDS, THERE ARE BOARDS WHICH HAVE UPLIFTED DUE TO WRAP AND MISSING FASTENERS. THE BALCONY METAL RAILINGS HAS MISSING HARDWARE
