EXTERIOR INSPECTION OF BUILDING 11, THIS BUILDING IS A 2 STORY BUILDING WITH 12 UNITS. THE BUILDING IS A CMU TYPE BUILDING. . THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING HAS AN OPEN PORCH WITH A STEEL FRAMED STAIRCASE WITH CONCRETE STEPS. THE REAR OF THE BUILDING HAS A WOOD FRAMED REAR CANTILEVER BALCONY WITH DECKING BOARDS AND A METAL RAILING. THIS WAS A VISUAL INSPECTION FROM THE GROUND FLOOR. BELOW ARE THE CODE VIOLATIONS
THE BALCONIES HAVE HEAVY DETERIORATION AND WOOD ROT DAMAGE TO THE CANTILEVERED BEAMS, DECKING BOARDS AND FLOOR JOISTS. MOST OF THE DECKING BOARDS HAVE UPLIFTED WITH MISSING FASTENERS. THERE ARE MULTIPLE FLOOR JOISTS WITH SEVERE WOOD ROT DAMAGE
METAL RAILINGS HAVE MISSING HARDWARE, PORTIONS OF THE RAILING HAVE EXCESSIVE RUST AND LOOSE.
