EXTERIOR INSPECTION OF BUILDING 10, THIS BUILDING IS A 2 STORY BUILDING WITH 8 UNITS. THE BUILDING IS A CMU TYPE BUILDING. . THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING HAS AN OPEN PORCH WITH A STEEL FRAMED STAIRCASE WITH CONCRETE STEPS. THE REAR OF THE BUILDING HAS A WOOD FRAMED REAR CANTILEVER BALCONY WITH DECKING BOARDS AND A METAL RAILING. THIS WAS A VISUAL INSPECTION FROM THE GROUND FLOOR. BELOW ARE THE CODE VIOLATIONS
DECKING BOARDS HAVE DETERIORATED AND ARE DAMAGED DUE TO WOOD ROT.
THERE IS NO POSITIVE CONNECTION WITH THE CROSS BEAM AND POST
METAL RAILINGS HAVE MISSING HARDWARE, PORTIONS OF THE RAILING HAVE EXCESSIVE RUST.
THE FRAMED METAL STAIRCASE HAS SEVERE RUST IN AREAS WHICH SUPPORTS THE CONCRETE STEPS.
THERE IS RUST ON THE STEEL POSTS WHICH SUPPORT THE ENTIRE FRONT PORCH STRUCTURE WHICH CONSIST OF THE MULTIPLE STAIRCASES.
MULTIPLE FLOOR JOISTS HAVE SEVERE WOOD ROT DAMAGE.
