Stop site and found the middle door opened and not able to lock. Called T.P.D. to the site to check if the building is cleared. Building was cleared and heard some jump from the second floor to get out the back end of the unit. Once the building was cleared, did talk to the owner to check if the building could be secured. The owner did get a hold of the electrician and they came out and secured all the upper floor sliding glass doors and re-secured the middle door with larger screws. There were some units not able to enter due to the doors were locked and the master key was not working. The posting are still in place and all secured at this time. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
