06/25/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with unsecured structures. Arrived and T.P.D. has cleared the units and have been cleared on both floors. Some of the curtains have been closed and need to be moved opened through out. There was no security guard on the property and sliding glass doors were opened. The Administrator and T.P.D. did meet with the manager on site on Tuesday to go over what needs to be done. Nothing was done that was talk to or agreed on to be done on the property. T.P.D. called Arcaiden Industries to have the sliding glass doors all secured on the bottom section only with screws. The main entry door was also screwed shut due to not able to lock the door. The lock is not holding and may have been broken in the lock from being forced opened. While doing the securement and half way done, the manager did show to the property and went over on what is being done. Did ask for the security guard and he was going to check on that, No one was pulled out of the units but were able to see where people have been in the units. Will check in 30 days. RV.
