06/21/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved ONSITE INSPECTION: 15 BUILDINGS AND THE POOL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MAIN OFFICE WERE INSPECTED. 6 UNITS WERE CONDEMNED AND ONE WALK WAY WHICH PROVIDES ACCESS TO THE REAR BALCONY WAS ORDERED TO BE BARRICADED BY A BARRIER NO LESS THAN FEET IN HEIGHT, A SHEET OF PLYWOOD WAS INSTALLED TO PREVENT ACCESS.

THE CONDEMNATION'S WAS A RESULT OF THE REAR CANTILEVERED BALCONIES IN THE STATE OF BEING UNSAFE AND UNABLE TO HANDLE LIVES LOADS DUE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: HEAVY DETERIORATION AND WOOD ROT DAMAGE TO THE CANTILEVERED BEAMS, DECKING BOARDS AND FLOOR JOISTS. THE BALCONY METAL RAILINGS WAS ALSO UNSAFE DUE TO MISSING HARDWARE.
