Received call from communication that T.P.D. on site with a vehicle hitting a sign for the bank. Arrived and the truck had hit the sign for the bank and had a steel post inside of it. The decorative covering has been damaged on the bottom and the steel post is OK. There was junction box that was damaged to the lighting and 3-sets of wiring. The vehicle was able to be moved from the property and was taken to the owner of the trucks home. The manager was called to the site and the breaker was turned off at the main panel in the interior of the bank. No damage was done to the main structure and will be able to remain open. The sign will need to remain off until the sign electrical has been checked by a license contractor for signs. The manager signed the paperwork for the permit required and will call a contractor to check the damage tomorrow. No fence was installed around the area due to all is secured at this time. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
