FENCE STOPS PEOPLE FROM ENTERING THE PARKING AREA / FRONT SECTION, AND REAR WALKWAY BEHIND THE STRUCTURE IS NOW BLOCKED OFF PER TFD AND CANNOT BE ENTERED. VERY BACK IS FENCED FROM THE NEIGHBORING STRUCTURE TO THE VOLLEY BALL COURTS ON THE BUM STEER PROPERTY. GATES ALLOW ENTRY TO BOTH THE WALK WAY AND THE PARKING LOT / FRONT OF BUILDING. CONTACTED BRIAN BLAKE INFORMED HIM WE APPRECIATED THE FENCE AND ASKED IF HE COULD REMOVE DIRT FROM AROUND THE FENCE POSTS, REMOVE THE XTRA FENCE AND ANY OTHER TRASH LEFT BY THE FIRE. |

OWNER STATES HE IS WAITING FOR A MAN LIFT TO COMPLETED ALL OPENINGS ABOVE 8 FT IN HEIGHT AND IS CALLING TODAY FOR BIDS ON THE FENCING. ELEVEN PLACARDS WERE POSTED ON THE STRUCTURE, "UNFIT TO OCCUPY". |
