Arrived on site and met with the tenant, who showed me into the interior of the unit. Found ceiling over the shower had areas of repair but not complete. Needed texture and paint. Met with mananger and maint man will be taken care of on Weds. Met with tenant and she will be there. Will follow up on Thursday |
