Found ceiling over the shower had areas of repair but not complete. Needed texture and paint. Met with mananger and maint man will be taken care of on Weds. Met with tenant and she will be there. Will follow up on Thursday

We both walk to the apartment and knock several times however no answer. Called tenant Aisha Miller and she said the same itea was all done, at this point will move to close out case
