Arrived on site and met with tenant who showed me into the property found roof area in back of the carport and also by front door with weather damage to the wood itself. Front window by front door also has gaps and is not shutting properly is not weather tight. Outdoor lighting to storage room and front door are not operational. Both bathroom tub Stoppers are not operational period exhaust fan and first bathroom not operational. |
