SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SEEN COMING AND GOING AT DIFFERENT TIMES, BUT NOBODY THAT IS ON THE LEASE. TENNANT IS 3 MONTHS BEHIND ON RENT AND MANAGEMENT HAS HAD TROUBLE LOCATING HER.
CONFIRMED WITH TEP THAT POWER WAS OFF. NOBODY WOULD ANSWER THE DOOR. ALSO FOUND TEP TAG ON THE METER. NOV WAS ISSUED TO THE OWNER OF COMPLEX FOR LACK OF POWER. UNIT WAS POSTED "UNFIT TO OCCUPY" AND EXPLAINED TO MANAGER THAT IT WOULD BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THE UNIT UNOCCUPIED UNTIL POWER WAS RESTORED AND NO ONE COULD BE INSIDE DURING THE EVENING HOURS.
