Arrived and the officer is having issues with a tenant that has been evicted and the mobile home has been trashed and has no furniture in the mobile home at this time. Does have a mattress on the floor in one of the bedrooms and appears that people are sleeping on the mattress at times. Did have a maintenance man on site and did have he mobile home secured. Did have broken windows through out and the sliding glass door was unable to lock and the side door was locking but due to the sliding glass window on the side door was broken, was able to open the door. The mobile home did have water but the electrical was being turned off at the meter. The tenant did leave the property with a friend and the friend was not allowed on the property. The steps have been removed from the property and people were stepping n a 5-gallon bucket to get into the moble home. The mobile home is being condemned due to lacking the electrical, broken windows and vacant at this time. Did post a Do Not Enter on the front window and took pictures. The maintence man did secure the propety. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
