Arrived on site, office was closed however met with maintenance supv and advised him of the compliant. We walk the grounds together and identified only one parking spot at rear of complex (north facing) with more than normal oil leaks from vehicles, supervisor would put down some dry absorb today. Asphalt throughout complex all intact and did not identify and other problem areas. Supervisor was given notes and photos, will move to close out this case per supervisor. |
