Entered by GWEST2 - Roof nailing. Staples require 4" OC nailing on all edges. You have not had your roof covered and there are lifted OSB sheathing edges and cupped field areas. OSB Sheathing should be flat, not concave or convex with flat edges that align with the next repetitive sheat of OSB. Replace all damaged OSB Sheats that are damaged due to the aforementioned criteria. |
