02/27/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Denied Entered by CBELL1 - Paved access to the building has been restricted down to 10 feet due to a large section of pavement that has collapsed above the storm water piping after the last rain. As of 10 AM Wednesday The pavement has been cut back and barricaded. Ron and I met with Magnum yesterday and we discovered dirt inside of the manhole and piping. Engineering department will require proof that this problem has been properly corrected prior to authorizing any additional occupancy. Pedestrian access to Cushing Street has not yet been completed.
02/07/2019 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Partial Approval Entered by CBELL1 - This was a site visit only to meet with the contractor and discuss what items would be needed for the next portion of the TCO that they will be seeking in March. Contractor has been advised any areas that are be open to do the fabric need to be completed fully and all of us under construction will need to be fenced off. Another inspection will be performed on this site within the next three weeks prior to the end of the month
02/06/2019 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Not ready for Inspection Entered by DROBERT5 - I walked through the site, it is wet and I am unable to perform the Inspection that has been requested, at this time the site is not ready I contacted Aaron at 602-541-8341 and advised him that this site will be rescheduled for tomorrow in the afternoon weather permiting, if the site conditions allow it.
01/17/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Continued Entered by CBELL1 - Engineering has no issues that would prevent TCO of the second floor. Jobsite conditions are the same as previously noted.
12/19/2018 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Partial Approval Entered by CBELL1 - An asphalt road has been installed from Cushing Street to the rear of the building where there is access into the building. I'm told that the gate will remain unlocked during the day and that no one other than construction personnel will access the building. There is no pedestrian access from the street to the building and there is no separation provided from the payment and ongoing Construction. I told Aaron with caterpillar that a temporary C of o will be up to the building official.

For temporary C of o you will need to provide separation between the public and ongoing construction work and provide pedestrian access from the public right-of-way into the building
