PLAN IS CALLING FOR A TWO HOUR RATED SEPERATION WALL HOWEVER THAT IS NOT WHAT HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED. THE BUILDING IS VB CONSTRUCTION AND IS UNDER THE ALLOWABLE AREA TO CONSIDERED THE TWO SUITES NON-SEPERATED USE. RECOMMENDED THE APPLICANT SUBMITS A REVISION TO ELIMINATE THE FIREWALL WITH THE ACCEPTANCE FROM THE ARCHITECT. |
