Entered by GWEST2 - Pictures to Follow. Stud at bath wall-replace with full length/full bearing. Frame in Crawl space opening at hallway. Strap corners and wall juncture that doe not have channel or dog ear tie in. Kickers at trusse go from top plate to top of truss vertical. Get criples on layout above window headers and take stress off front bedroom window by installing cripples.
