07/17/2020 ZONING PROGRESS Partial Approval MURAL HAS BEEN TEMPORILY REPAIRED WITH PLANS TO COMPLETE REPAIRS IN A MORE PERMANT MANER WITH BENZ BELLS AT A LATER DATE DUE TO COVID. THE SECOND ISSUE OF THE PROXIMITY OF GRILL TO RAMP HAS BEEN RESOLVED, ACCESS IS IN COMPLIANCE. MET WITH SPECIAL DISTRICTS TEAM FOR REVIEW. WILL SPEAK TO BUILDING OFFICIAL RE THE 6-MONTH REINSPECTION REQUEST.
07/01/2020 ZONING PROGRESS Partial Approval INSPECTED FOR TWO MAIN ISSUES:
MURAL IN CENTER COURTYARD WAS FOUND TO HAVE MULIPLE PANELS DAMAGED. SPOKE TO KEVIN DUMN (PROJECT MGR) ON SITE. HE STATED THAT THEY AWARE OF DAMAGE DURING ERECTION OF PANELS. HE STATED BENZ BELLS AND AERIE DEVELOPMENT WERE AWARE AND COMMUNICATED TO HIM THAT THEY WILL BE RETURNING TO REPLACE TILES AND MAKE REPAIRS. POSSIBLE PRESS RELEASE AND RECOMMISSION.POVIDED REPORT TO PLANNERS, MARIA AND NICK. THEY STATED MUST MAKE REPAIRS PRIOR TO RELEASE OF THIS INSPECTION.

SECOND ISSUE, WAS PERMANANT GRILL IN COURTYARD, PROXIMITY TO HADICAP RAMP ENTRANCE WAS CONCERN. DID VERIFY THAT ONLY 36-INCHES NECESSARY, ON SITE SPAN WAS 52-INCHES. WAS IN COMPLIANCE.
06/09/2020 ZONING PROGRESS Partial Approval DAVE ROBERTS APPROVED INSPECTION ASSOCIATED WITH ENGINEERING. PARIAL DUE TO FINAL INSPECTION BY ZONING SECTION.
11/05/2019 ZONING PROGRESS Partial Approval 11/05/19: Inspection conducted today, building partially erected with mulitiple floors in framing. Inspection found that all openings, layout and limited view approved architectural details to be per approved plans and renderings. Updated Planners, will conduct follow up once project allows for exterior details.
