PA. This was an inspection for fourth floor only. Following notes are from fire alarm permit.
4th floor inspection only:
1) need to test NE flow and tamper (janitor closet). They are being replaced.
2) Need FF phones installed/tested.
3) Need to test talkaphones.
4) Dampers on 4th and 5th tested (they worked/approved).
5) Additional reinspection fee added. Must be paid prior to next inspection.
6) Some items from 5th floor still need approval. See items from previous list, #1, 3, 5.
APPROVED TO OBTAIN TCO FOR FULL OCCUPANCY ON 4TH FLOOR.

Some additional items needing correction.
-need sprinkler coverage in comm closets.
-need to install water curtain on 3rd floor windows next to fire exit.
