Found that toilet was removed and left off by maintenance man while he was trying to get authorization to get a longer snake to unplug sewer line, will have that resolved today, also found a few other issues in the apartment exterior light doesn't work, hallway restroom light stays on 24/7, back sliding glass door latch doesn't lock properly will be issued notice to manager for 10 days to comply on those violations 0 days on the toilet.
