11/29/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went back to the units and were checked for the water dripping. All the upper units were extracted and all have blowers. The carpets have have been picked up with the blowers under the carpets blowing the air. The electrical has been turned back on to the second floor only with some of the third floor being turned back on. Did meet with the manager and will check the site tomorrow and all the units that were condemned will stay until check tomorrow. Unit #110 has been added to the condemned list due to the ceiling has water dripping now and water has dripped on the walls. The joints are showing moisture in the living room and kitchen has paint peeling in several areas. RV.
