11/29/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Went back to the units and were checked for the water dripping. All the upper units were extracted and all have blowers. The carpets have have been picked up with the blowers under the carpets blowing the air. The electrical has been turned back on to the second floor only with some of the third floor being turned back on. Did meet with the manager and will check the site tomorrow and all the units that were condemned will stay until check tomorrow. Unit #110 has been added to the condemned list due to the ceiling has water dripping now and water has dripped on the walls. The joints are showing moisture in the living room and kitchen has paint peeling in several areas. RV.
11/29/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a activated sprinkler head. Arrived and the unit was still on site and the sprinkler head was still going. Not able to find the valve that controled the water to the sprinkler system. The maintenance supervisor was on his way. Once on site they found the valve that controled the fire line for the sprinkler heads. Multiple units were affected by the water flooding the unit #220. A company was called to the site to extract the water, a company was called to repair the sprinkler head and a fire watch was ordered until the sprinkler head was replaced and the system back on line. The manager also responded Rachel to assist on the placements of the tenants. The maintenance supervisor signed all the paper work. Did do the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the doors to the units that are flooded. Some of the drywall ceilings are starting to show signs of getting wet. Will check the site in the morning after 10:00 AM. The power was removed on the lower units that had water dripping from the ceilings. The units that were condemned at this time due to leaky ceilings were #116, #118, #114, #112, #108. Rooms that were checked for wetness #110, #106, #104 and will be checked at a later time if will need to be vacated. Rooms on the upper floor that were flooded are #216, #214, #210, #212, #218, #222, #224. RV.
