Will try to make it down to Wearth Realty to discuss the violations
12/06/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site, to find weeds and grass along rear of complex by electrical panel still on site. Electrical panel in rear of complex still missing blanks, open to bus bar. Electrical lighting by mailbox and by units 7 and 9 still broken conduit and exposed wiring. Did replace faceplate to unit 32, covered open face in dryer , and secured top tile to swiming pool. Will make contact with Werth Realty for outstanding violations
