Arrived on site and met with tenant, showed me 3 inground lights to landscaping with broken conduit and missing cover plate to junction box in front of unit 32. Electrical Panel has brush and overgrown not allowing for working clearance at rear of complex. Swimming pool has a edge tile loose when you put weight on it (block with 5ft marker on it). One gas dryer with face plate panel missing in front side of machine with now access to flame when dryer is on. |
