Vegetation and refuse removed; electric meter now tagged silver by TEP indicating the utility service account is in good standing; the conductors going into the service entrance appear dilapidated and only one leg of the 220 has been used, with the other conductor exposed between pole and service entrance; TEP will be contacted for assessment. Unit remains vacant and secure. Owner still needs to have gas turned on via permit and to include having appliances checked. |
