Did check Permits Plus and Inspector Pumphery had been on the site with the same issues. The person Charles Moon had crawled through a window and T.P.D. pulled him out and was arrested due to a warrant. Did make contact with the owner to let her know and was not able to come to the site due to lacking a vehicle. Did let her know that the property was going to be secured and she stated OK due to not able to get to the property. Will do the posting on the front window of "Do Not Enter". The gas meter was pinned due to all the utilities have been tagged by S.W.G. due to leaks in the water heater, stove and the wall furnace. The tenant is staying at another location and the person found in the house not related to the tenant. Did call the owner with the name of the person found in the house and did not know the person. Will get with inspector Pumphery on the this matter. RV. |

Owner present; tenant called by tpd and claims has not been at unit due to electric. Vacant unit cannot be condemned at this time. Accumulation of refuse and vegetation over 6 inches throughout property. Owner was advised of exterior violations and will be issued a notice. Electrical facilities connected to or in any building or structure are to be maintained hazard-free and in a state of good repair. The electrical system shall be free from such hazards as bare wiring; overloaded circuits or services; equipment not properly grounded; over-fused circuits; misuse of wiring, including the use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring; non-approved wiring; and wiring exposed to moisture or extreme heat.
