Front of complex clean and clear, interior of complex also Clean and Clear parking lots on North West and Southside we're all deemed clean and clear. Showed me to the exterior on the North side where the irrigation system had been repaired no water present all was dry. Weeds and grass along outer sections from wall to curb on both north south and west facing sides of the property. Trash and debris also on the north south west sides of the property. Trees need to be trimmed back to allow for pedestrian pathways. All this was relayed to the management team and a notice of violation will be sent back to the property as requested by the maintenance team will move to notice of violation |
