All electical in this area was damaged. Rear eaves were also burnt during fire whole roof system in these area was complete burnout. Moved into kitchen area to find large hole cut into roof during operations along with damage to sheetrock in this area. Wiring in light fixtures were blackened and needs to have electrican check entire electrical system. Living room with damage to sheetrock along ceiling area AC unit completely burned away. First bedroom no fire damage seen. Second bedroom no fire damage seen, however did have A/C unit in window in bedroom. No fire damage in bathroom. Because of the fire damage to the carport and kitchen area and a large hole in the roof the property will be condemned. Southwest Gas checked lines and pinned meter. Electricity was shut off at box. Met with management company on site along with tenant on site, they went through the eviction process and got a court order for 7 days to be moved out. Will move to notice of violation posting.
