Went to the site due to an architect came to the office for a report for a fire on the property. Met with the manager and she showed the unit. Found where a couch had a fire in the living room area near the fire place and had heavy smoke damage through out the interior of the unit. The fire was on 4-19-16 and no vent hole was cut in the roof. At the time of the inspection found where all the drywall has been removed from the walls and ceiling through out. All the wood framing has been painted with a sealer for smoke or smell on the wood. All the electrical is still in place and appears to have no damage from the heat or the fire but it is all painted with the sealer. All the floor covering has also been removed. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
