EVIDENCE OF WATER LEAK FOUND IN MASTER BATHROOM UNDER SINK AND IN HALL BATHROOM NEAR TOILET. ADVISED PROPERTY MANAGER JENNIFER AND MAINT. VERN THAT PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO REPAIR DRY WALL AND INTERNAL PLUMBING DAMAGE IF ANY. JENNIFER IS AWARE THAT SHE WILL NEED TO MAKE SURE PROPER PERMITS ARE OBTAINED FOR WORK EVEN LIKE FOR LIKE REPAIRS. SHE IS TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE COMPANY SHE HIRES WITH REGARDS TO PERMITS. SHE WILL CALL CODE ENFORCEMENT WHEN UNIT IS DONE FOR CODE INSPECTOR TO REINSPECT AND MAKE SURE ALL REPAIRS WERE PERMITTED IF REQUIRED. SEE SIRE FOR PICTURES.
